VERTIGO GAMES SHOWS NEW CONTENT OF THEIR 2022 VR TITLES AT GAMESCOM

Rotterdam (NL), August 22, 2022 – Vertigo Games, the VR specialist publishing and development arm of PLAION (previously Koch Media), announces several new game features of their 2022 VR games during Gamescom this week. Their cross-platform multiplayer action FPS After the Fall is launching a new, meaty season on September 15, which is available free of charge to all owners of the game. Upcoming roguelike first-person combat game Hellsweeper VR by Mixed Realms (the creators of Sairento VR) details new content of their movement and combat system. Clever VR puzzle platformer PathCraft is introducing level editor and hand-tracking 2.0 on Meta Quest 2.

Unpacking Hellsweeper VR’s movement and combat system
Hellsweeper VR, the community-driven roguelike first-person combat game, is coming to Meta Quest 2 and PC VR in Q4 2022. From a variety of magical elements and weapons, to a no-holds barred locomotion system, Hellsweeper VR uses innovative mechanics that will challenge both new and seasoned VR players. A brand-new trailer showcasing the game’s movement and combat system is launching this week, August 25th at 10.00am PT.

After The Fall’s new Reclamation Season
Connecting players on all major VR platforms through cutting-edge multiplayer co-op since launch in December 2021, the very positively rated After The Fall launches a new season on September 15. With over 55K monthly active users, After the Fall is now also supported on Pico Neo headsets, which players are able to check at Gamescom’s entertainment floor in Hall 09.1, Stand B-040. The new Reclamation Season brings loads of new arsenal and modes, several new maps and multiple quality of life updates.

Clever puzzler PathCraft is coming to Meta Quest 2
Upcoming clever puzzle platformer PathCraft reveals two new game features. The Meta Quest 2 exclusive title will have players rack their brains to over 80 intricate puzzles with easy to understand gameplay mechanics and a challenging learning curve. Players who are looking for an additional challenge will be able to create their own levels using the level editor. Making optimal use of the Meta Quest 2 features, PathCraft will support Meta’s hand-tracking 2.0 at launch as well.
